- Curbless and walk-in shower assemblies with proper slope
- Cement board, bonded waterproofing membrane, flood testing
- Vanity, storage, and lighting planned around real routines
- Exhaust ventilation sized and vented to the exterior
- Fixture set, caulking, and a final water test before sign-off
